Shipping policy
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 3-4 business days to allow for processing time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours..

- We ship all our items via Korea Post, Qxpress and other shipping company
from South Korea.
- We also ship to P.O box and APO/FPO address.
